FINANCE ASSISTANT – COLOMBO
• Mainly performing daily invoicing functions accurately, completely & timely • Ensuring that client information are kept up-to-date • Resolving billing adjustments/ errors by issuing debit/ credit notes • Applying customer advances accurately when raising invoices • Updating & Monitoring TRICO & BOI accounts • Coordinating with operations department to get required documents • Entering invoice details into Accounting Software (QuickBooks) • Attending to customer queries • Reporting issues/ irregularities to the Management
• Part qualification from a recognized accounting body (AAT or equivalent) • Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity • Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) & MS Excel • Perform high level of accuracy & integrity on the tasks allocated • Excellent Communication & Organizational skills • Ability to work as a team
CASHIER – KATUNAYAKA
• Passes in GCE Advance Level Examination • Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity • Basic knowledge in accounting software (QuickBooks) & MS Excel • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly • Ability to work as a team • Male Candidates in the vicinity of Katunayaka are preferred
